About a year ago I tried out for American Idol. I can sing okay-I think, so I wanted to give it shot. I sang my heart out to then not make it past the first round. I was bummed and upset since I had been there for over 12 hours, but I look now and do not regret trying out at all. It was a fun experience and at least now I can look back and say, 'Wow, at least I tried and didn't have that
'what if' moment."
