My sister got engaged last summer!!! Seems like just the other day! Come March 3rd she'll be walking down the aisle and getting married in Mexico.

 This is bittersweet for the family....we're so excited for her, yet sad that she'll be staying behind in Mexico starting her life there with her husband for at least a year to 2 years. We've never lived thousands of miles away from each other.



First Father/Daughter Dance

First father daughter dance was held a couple weekends ago. I was so excited for Arianna and hubby to go on their very first dance date together. I was especially thrilled about dressing her up and straightening her hair. She looked like a little grownup. :( Arianna was beyond herself. It was actually quite cute.

Robert said she had a fun night and wasn't 'that' shy at all. He mentioned that when they walked in they introduced them as King Robert and Princess Arianna. Arianna really enjoyed herself and dressing up. :)

Flash back Friday!

My girls...oh my girls! Here they are at about the same ages-4 months or so. Don't they look so very similar here? Wow they were chunkers!!!! And oh how I miss them looking back. They're growing up so fast!

Okay peeps, I know, I know...sad right?! I understand Christmas is long behind us and V-day is freakin' Tuesday! And OMG its almost March! But look...I thought I'd get this out now and just throw up some pictures. This has seriously been a draft forever!

This year we tried to decorate our house a little more than we did last year. Here are a few pictures of our house decorated. I'd love to go into full detail but I know you guys don't care so here it goes.....

The lights outside looked so good. We had them
along driveway but a stupid animal bit through
the cord 3xs. No joke...Robert fixed it 2xs and
decided he didn't want to deal with it anymore.

Decorating was fun and I hope to go a bit further each year. Maybe next year we'll put wreaths on the windows and we'll have more lights inside and out! So for now...until next Christmas!!!

Flashback Friday!

Last year we went to the beach! Dreaming of it now since it's so freakin' cold.

Merry Christmas from our Family to yours!!!

So this year I did not send out christmas cards . I know!!!! I'm horrible! I had pictures taken for this too. So to all my personal friends, you are not getting one and I'm so sorry for not being responsible about it this year (more so since I'm a stay at home mom). I've really had a rough last few weeks with personal stuff that I completely ditched a lot of "important" stuff to the side.

So with that said, just imagine a beautiful christmas card full of awesome family/girls pics on it. If I could be creative and actually had a little more time, I'd create one and put on here...but nope..no time for all that...especially since it's day before Christmas eve. Lots to do still!!

Avonlea

This little girl cracks me up! She's a character or a 'ham' as Robert would call her. She's got such a funny little personality. She's not shy and she makes everyone around her laugh so hard. Avonlea loves any attention she can get!

So in her honor, I put a few some funny pictures of her on here because, well, they're just too cute not to share. Her little blonde white head and pigtails crack me up!
