Robert and I want to get fit and if we stick to this, we'll be ready to show off our hot bodies for the summer. Ha! not so much, but ya'll get what I'm sayin' though. This is commitment and we're going to try our best! We're going to challenge ourselves. We started last Sunday. A week ago tomorrow. This is a 6 day a week 1 hour workout. Yes, it takes an hour of our day and well, we've managed for the one week to stay with it, even though one night we were up until 11:15pm finishing it. This workout works every part of your body different days of the week and it's hard and it hurts! Any ways, I'll update you guys every once in a while on how we're coming along. Wish us luck!
